Showroomprivé is where two worlds meet: fashion and webmarketing. Through this dual identity, we are reinventing how women discover - and purchase - fashion online.
Each day, the site organizes 15 to 17 sales events for its members on items from leading brands and developing brands. Fashion, beauty, decoration, sports, ticketing and travel: we carefully select products to please our core target: digital women. Each sale is designed according to an attractive format, with a time limit and included discounts between 50% to 70%, which helps to create an appealing experience for our customers.
For the brands that put their trust in us, it is the assurance of a rewarding, effective sales channel through which they can sell their excess inventories.
On Showroomprivé, today’s women enjoy an inviting, entertaining, user-focused shopping experience. This experience is made possible because we constantly seek to innovate and play a leading role in the digital ecosystem. With the launch of Look Forward, our incubator dedicated to innovative start-ups,
our ambition is to revolutionize the way fashion is distributed, consumed and produced.
The spirit of Showroomprivé also involves a strong commitment to an ambitious job-creation policy. Our development is based on a corporate culture that promotes the development and encouragement of our 1150 employees. More than 80% of our teams are under the age of 35.
Since 2010, Showroomprivé commited to a cautious, targeted and multi-local international development strategy, adapting the offering t local needs and drawing on its infrastructure and existing technology platform.
The site has been adapted with local versions of the platform in nine other countries (Spain, Italy, England, the Netherlands, Belgium, Portugal, Poland, Germany and Morocco). To accelerate this international expansion, Showroomprivé acquired in October 2016 100% of the capital in the company Saldi Privati, the 2nd actor in online private sales in Italy, for a transaction of 28 million euros.
In 2014, the company launched its multi-currency site, which allows it to process orders from over 160 countries around the world. It is a way to plan for future openings abroad.
In 2017, the group generated 18% of its net internet revenues in international markets.
