Showroomprivé.com is the result of an entrepreneurial adventure between Thierry Petit and David Dayan, two entrepreneurs with complementary backgrounds and expertise in digital technology and fashion.

Since its launch in France in 2006, the site’s sales have increased steadily. In 2010, the company decided to set up in Spain, thus paving the way for major development in Europe.

The site is also a pioneer on several technological innovations: the launch of mobile in 2011, next-day delivery in 2012, the mul-currency site in 2014 and Infinity in 2015.

In 2016 Showroomprivé is consolidating its positions in Italy with the takeover of Saldi Privati.

In 2018, the group entered into a strategic partnership with Carrefour. Showroomprivé also created the first media agency specializing in digital women: SRP Media.
